    1 bunch Kale, washed, cut into 1" pieces
    2 TBSP olive oil
    2 TBSP Lime juice
    1/2 tsp sea salt


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut or tear kale into 1 inch pieces. Place kale in a medium-large bowl. Toss kale in oil, lime juice (or vinegar), and salt.
3. Place kale on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until kale is crispy.
