    2 lbs chicken
    2 lemons
    Ground pepper


Spray at 9x13 dish with pam (or similar).

Sprinkle ground pepper in the bottom of the dish and squeeze half of one lemon on top of the pepper.

Slice the other lemon into 6 slices.

Make a cut (or pocket) in the chicken breast. Stuff with 1 to 2 slices of lemon. Also stuff in some peppercorns.

Place in the 9 x 13.

Sprinkle pepper on top and squeeze the other half of the lemon over the chicken.

Serving is about 5 oz of chicken.
