    fresh garlic - 20g
    jalapeno - 63g
    green pepper - 142g
    mushrooms (canned) - 116g
    onion - 105g
    Fresh Oregano - 1tsp
    Basil - 1tsp
    Fresh Cilantro - 1/2tsp
    ground beef (lean) - 225g
    Sofrito Tomato Sauce - 5pkgs
    Italian Tomato Sauce - 2pkgs


Cook the first 8 ingredients over a low heat. Cook the ground beef in a separate sauce pan. Drain the fat from the beef. Once the onion is cooked add the ground beef. Add the Sofrito and Italian sauces. Simmer for 30 minutes.
