    * Green Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)
    * Rice flour, brown, 1 cup (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Pam Cooking Spray, 0.5 gram (remove)


Place 3-4 cookie sheets in oven. Preheat oven to 425. Season rice flour to taste. Slice green tomatoes as thin as possible. Coat slices well, spray liberally with cooking spray and place in a single layer on trays. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for another 10 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and golden brown.
