Number of Servings: 1

Ground Turkey, 0.25 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    Oats, 0.125 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) thinly sliced
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp.
*Barbecue Sauce, 2 packet - or 2 Tbsp.
Bread, reduced-calorie, oat bran, 1.75 oz ; any bread that = 100 calories, suggestion: Multigrain Sandwich Thins
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz

In small bowl combine oats and milk, microwave for 1 minute to really soften the oats. Drain off any excess mild and add to ground turkey. S&P to taste.

Slice onions very thin, carmelize in 1 tsp olive oil. when cooked set aside. Add 1 tsp olive oil to nonstick pan, form turkey mixture into patty, easier to do in the pan since this is very wet and sticky, cook 3 - 5 minutes till browned, turning once to finish cooking.

To each side of the sandwich thin, add 1 Tbsp each of barbeque sause, place burger on bottom half of bread, top with cheddar cheese, carmelized onions and cover with top portion of the sandwich thin. This is so delicious!!!

Served with home made french fries cooked in olive oil coated nonstick skillet...
