    1 Avocado
    1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
    1.5 cup frozen mango (or fresh)
    1 cup frozen cherries
    1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
    .5 cup guava pineapple juice


Peel avocado and take core out
put the rest of the ingredients in the blender
Most of the fruit can be fresh or frozen, just make sure to have some frozen so the smoothy is frosty and cold. (Or add ice)
Blend and poor.
Makes 2.5 12 oz. servings.
