    2 5oz cans salmon in water drained
    1 cup frozen peas
    6.5oz Penne Pasta (1/2 pkg Ronzoni Wheat Penne in nutritionals)
    2cups chopped broccoli
    3/4 cup Reduced Fat Mayo (Best Foods Light in nutrtionals)
    6oz Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Yoplait in nutritionals)
    1 tsp Garlic powder or to taste
    1 tsp onion powder or to taste
    Ground pepper to taste
    Salt to taste (not in nutritionals)


Blend mayo, yogurt & spices in large bowl. Add flaked fish.

Chop broccoli & set aside in seperage bowl. Cook noodles, drain well Pour hot water from pasta over your broccoli.
Add pasta & peas to mayo mix. Stir until peas thaw & ingredients distributed well. When brocolli blanches, run under cool water & drain well. Stir into pasta dish.

Chill in fridge min 1hr....more is better!

Salt to taste (not in nutritionals)
