This is a great low-fat meat loaf with fiber added. This is a great low-fat meat loaf with fiber added.
Number of Servings: 8


    24 oz extra lean ground turkey
    16 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    Garlic, 6 cloves chopped
    2 TBS Parsley, dried
    6 TBS Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1 Large Egg, fresh
    6 tsp (2TBS) Worcestershire Sauce


Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Split in half and make 2 loaves. (I wrapped one in plastic wrap and placed in a zip-lock plastic bag. After squeezing the air out of the bag I froze one for cooking later in the month.)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Each loaf serves 4 people - total 8 servings @ approximately 5oz each..
