Ingredients

    8 chicken drumsticks
    2/3 cup bread crumbs
    1 1/3 cup corn flakes
    2 egg whites or 1/4 cup
    1/4 cup milk
    cooking spray

Directions

mix bread crumbs, corn flakes in gal ziplock. mix egg whites and milk in bowl or ziplock coat chicken with bread crumb mixture then coat with milk and coat agin in bread crumbs. place on sprayed cookie sheet and spray again. bake at 375 for 15 minutes then turn chicken and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy and internal temp at 180f
