Introduction

Basic crepe to add what you want for filling. Basic crepe to add what you want for filling.

Ingredients

    1 cup bisquick heart smart
    3/4 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    cooking spray

Directions

Mix all ingredients in small mixing bowl, blend well. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in 9 in crepe pan. Cook until golden brown, turn and do same for other side. Stack crepes as you remove them from pan, placing a piece of wax paper between each. Keep crepes covered to keep them from drying out. makes approx 8 9 in crepes
