    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Champion Standard White Flour (1 cup), 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Lean Stewing Beef, 30 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Rutabagas, 450 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 350 grams (remove)
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Leggo's tomato puree 25g=1 tablespoon, 120 gram (remove)
    Massel beef style stock made up as directed, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    Vegemite per 5g serving, 20 gram(s) (remove)


Toss the beef in the flour and brown in 1/2 the oil in a large casserole pot. Set aside.
Add the remainder of oil and cook onion until semi-translucent, then add garlic, carrot, celery and cook until onion is done. Add swede and stir for a minute or two, then add the meat and rest of ingredients back in, stew at a simmer for 2 hours or more.
