    1 c. Bob's Red Mill buckwheat Pancake Mix
    1 egg
    1 tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 large banana mashed
    1/2 c. blueberries


Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Fold in bananas and blueberries. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Measure 1/3 c. of batter at a time to make 8 pancakes.
