    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1/2 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1/8 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tsp
    *Splenda, 1 tsp
    Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 1/4 cup
    Old Fashioned Oats (Rolled Oats), 1/2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, sliced, 1/2 cup


Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat.

In a blender, combine oats, egg whites, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar substitute. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

Pour batter onto hot skillet. Cook pancake until bubbly on top and dry around edges, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

While pancakes are cooking, heat up Maple Syrup in microware for about 20 seconds.

Add strawberries and maple syrup on pancakes.
