Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    scandinavian Fiber crackers/sprinkles, 10 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices

Directions

after you cook the beans and rice mix all of the incredients together. spoon mixture on a pan covered with foil/butcher paper. place in fidge or bake. baking time is 15 minutes in oven or 3 minutes on each side in frying pan.
