Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Wild Rice, 1 cup (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

In a skillet, melt butter and add wild rice. Shake the rice around as it cooks on medium heat until most of the pieces are a dark brown.
Place rice and the rest of the ingredience in a rice maker and fill with water to the top as marked. If you do not have a rice maker a crockpot will work too, but only add three cups of water.
Check the rice, veggies and spices to be sure enough water is provided for cooking.
When done, serve hot with or without additional sides.
