Ingredients

    # *Chick Peas, 1.5 cup (remove)
    # *Tahini, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    # Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    # Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)

Directions

You can cook the chick peas yourself or use canned. If using canned, rinse well and cook in fresh water until the skins come loose to draw the salt out and cut the additional salt to taste.
1. Blend garlic, lemon juice and chick peas to fine paste in blender or food processor.
2. Transfer to bowl and add tahini to taste.
3. Spread on plate and garnish with parsley, paprika, peppers, capers, roasted nuts, roasted meats, chopped tomatoes, or any variety of pickles or olives per your imagination and taste.
May add olive oil to taste as well.
