    Stoneground Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Xylitol Sweetener, 1 tbsp.
    Baking Powder, 1 tbsp.
    Salt, 1 tsp.
    Cultured Goat Milk Kefir, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp.
    Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1/4 tsp.


Makes 12 servings approx. 2" square.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Sift together dry ingredients; beat eggs & olive into kefir until well blended. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients & mix lightly just until dry ingredients are incorporated. Pour into 8" square pan greased with the Smart Balance.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly golden.
