    1 clove Garlic, crushed
    3 Button Mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 cup Baby Spinach
    1 Egg White, beaten
    1 Mountain Bread Rice Wrap


Saute garlic & mushrooms until soft. Add spinach and saute until wilted.
When vegetables are almost done, move them to one side of the pan and add the egg to the other side.
Once egg is cooked, mix together with vegetables.
Place filling on wrap and roll like a burrito. Either place on sandwich toaster to crisp or secure with a toothpick & place in 180 degree oven.
