Ingredients


    * Water, bottled, 300 grams (300 ml, actually)
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Buckwheat flour, 1 cup (or 150 grams)
    * Rye flour, light, 1 cup (or 150 grams)
    * Flour, white, 1.25 cup (or 200 grams)
    * Brown Sugar, 9 tsp unpacked (or Fruit sugar - fructose)
    * Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce (remove)

Directions

Put all ingredients exactly as listed in the bread machine and select the whole wheat program. This bread won't rise much, but the flavor is worth it. It's very dense and filling.

Makes about 16 servings / slices.
