    2 lb chicken (I used 3 large chicken breast and deboned them after they were cooked. The yield was 2 lbs of meat.)

    2 cans of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup

    1 Packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix (various soup mixes will change the nutritional content. I used a packet from Big Lots (per serving it is: 28 calories, 0 Fat, 8g Total Carbs (1g Fiber and 3g Sugar); 530g Sodium; 1g Protein)

    1/8 cup of milk

    1/4 cup water


Add all ingredients (except milk and 1/8 c. of water) to crockpot and cook on high for about 4 hours (or longer if starting with frozen chicken).

I took chicken out of mixture when it was done cooking and used 2 forks to pull the meat off the bones and the returned the meat to the crockpot. You could use boneless breasts.

Serve over rice, pasta, or toast points. (Not included in nutritional information.)
