Again, another slightly changed recipe from another spark person. Again, another slightly changed recipe from another spark person.
Number of Servings: 9


    3 small gala apples, cored, sliced thin
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp whole wheat flour

    1 cup quick oats
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp smart balance heart-healthy butter spread

    10 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter


Spray bottom and sides of 9 inch square pan with 10 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray.

Mix first four ingredients and place into 9-inch square baking dish.

In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the apples.

Bake at 325 degrees until apples are soft and topping is golden brown (about 30 minutes).

Slice in to 9 equal squares. Enjoy! Delish with some low fat vanilla ice cream. (ice cream calories not included in nutrional information)
