    Egg Whites, Papetti, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Private Selection 1% organic milk, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Kroger - Ricotta Cheese - Lowfat, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Kroger Turkey Pepperoni, 30 gram(s) (remove)
    Schneiders Canadian bacon, 1 serving (remove)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup (remove)


Saute onions and garlic in oven-proof skillet sprayed with nonstick spray until tender. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk, ricotta, and baking soda until frothy and slightly thick.
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray skillet generously with non-stick spray and heat over med. heat. Pour egg mixture in. Reduce heat to med-low and cook until edges begin to set, around 3 minutes. Place in oven and bake until set, about 12 minutes. Top with onions, sauce, meats, and cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
