This is a quick chili recipe we make when we want beef in our chili This is a quick chili recipe we make when we want beef in our chili
Number of Servings: 6


    1 pound 90% lean ground sirloin
    1 - 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 - 15 oz can of garbanzo or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 - 28 oz can petite diced tomato
    1 small yellow onion, diced
    1 package (35 grams) chili seasoning
    1/2 cup water


Brown the ground sirloin, breaking it up. When just brow, drain off liquid. Add to pot with water and diced tomatoes. Add chili mix. Mix well. Add rinced beans, and onion. Cook until a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for a total cook time of 25 minutes.
