    i lb grilled shrimp , chopped (just a sprinkle of salt & pepper on these shrimp is good)
    3 large mangos (or 4 small mangos) peeled and cut into chunks
    1/2 red bell pepper, minced
    1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
    3 tbs chopped cilantro
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    Juice of 2 large limes
    Salt to taste


1. Place all ingredients but salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine,
2. Season with salt and serve.

This salad is delicious served immediately at room temperature. It's even better after being chilled for an hour to combine the flavors.
