Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz package Fiesta 16 Variety Soup Mix
    1 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 - 32 oz. container of chicken broth
    32 oz hot or boiling water
    3 medium stalks celery chopped
    1 C chopped raw onion
    1 cup grated raw carrots
    1 T crumbled bay leaf
    2 T taco seasoning
    2 T spaghetti seasoning
    2 T curry powder

Directions

This soup is cooked entirely in a crock pot. If you must be away while the soup is cooking, place all ingredients in the pot and cook on high for 5 - 6 hours.

I prefer my raw vegetables crispy so I leave them out until the beans are cooked, then add the vegetables and cook for another 40 - 45 minutes.

Makes 13 - 1 cup servings.
