    2 LG. SCALLIONS-CUT IN THIN MATCHSTICKS
    2 TSP. GRANULATED GARLIC
    2 TBL. OLIVE OIL
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
    1 10 OZ. DICED TOMATOES W/GREEN CHILIES-DRAINED

MAKE DRAIN HOLES IN 1 FOIL SHEET,PLACE THE FOIL SHEET ON GRILL AND PLACE THE CORN IN SINGLE LAYER-GRILL 3 TO 6 MINUTES OR UNTIL CORN IS SLIGHTLY BROWN & ROASTED-SLIDE FOIL SHEET ON COOKIE SHEET TO REMOVE FROM GRILL AND SET ASIDE. COMBINE POTATOES,SQUASH,SCALLIONS,GARLIC,OLIVE OIL AND CENTER ON 2ND FOIL SHEET AND TOP WITH TOMATOES AND CORN AND FORM SHEET INTO A PACKET,GRILL FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
