Ingredients

    1 bag of whole wheat pitas
    5 tsp of sugar in the raw for sprinkling
    .5 tsp of cinnamon
    2 tsp of smart balance oil for spraying

Directions

cut pitas in half and split open. cut pitas into 1-2in strips. Should be able to get 20 strips out of one pita loaf. place them on pan, spray lightly with oil. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and then sprinkle over strips. Bake in a 375 oven for approx 7 minutes. 1 serving= 10 strips. Recipe makes 12 servings.
