Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups of fresh Collards
    2 Chicken boullion cubes
    6 cups of water
    2 ham hocks(optional will change calories)

Directions

Place collards (and ham hocks) in a large soup pot. Cover with water and add boullion cubes. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to medium. Cover and allow collards to cook gently for 1 hour or until desired tenderness is reached. Serves 6
