    can of garbanzo beans, reserve liquid to use when blending
    zest of half of one lemon
    juice of half one lemon
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp salt
    black pepper to taste


combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth, adding liquid from can of beans as needed
makes 6 1/4 cup servings
