    1 egg , large
    1 chicken broth , 1- 10 oz can
    1 tblsp. soy sauce
    1 spring onion, scallion sliced
    1/4 tsp salt and peppper


Bring broth to boil, whisk in the beaten egg , whisk to sperate egg intp stands. stir in say sauce, salt and pepper. granish with the spring onions slices. 2 servings 1 cup each
