    1 pkg. whole grain egg noodles
    2 cans Tuna, in water
    2 cans cream of mushroom, 98% fat free
    1 cup sour cream, light
    1 cup milk, skim
    8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Cook noodles in large pot until they just start to become tender, about half the regular cook time.

Meanwhile, preheat oven 400 degrees. In 9 x 13 in baking dish mix together tuna, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic salt, and pepper.

Strain cooked noodles and stir into tuna mixture until well combined.

Stir in cheese until evenly distributed. Cover dish with foil and bake 45 minutes.

Remove from heat, uncover dish, stir well and bake another 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
