Ingredients

    3/4 lbs (about 3 c) cherries, pitted and halved
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp agave
    2 tsp chopped thyme
    12 oz salmon, cut into 4 portions

Directions

Preheat broiler
Toss cherries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, agave and thyme

Arrange salmon skin-side down on large foil lined baking sheet. Scatter cherry mixtured over and around salmon and broil until salmon is just cooked thru and cherries are juicy and carmelized, about 5-7 minutes. Flake over mixed greens, drizzle w remaining lemon juice.
