    Red Potato, 775 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1
    Honey Mustard, 3 tsp
    Mustard, Spicy Brown, 3 tsp
    Mayonnaise, regular, 2 tbsp
    Radishes, 3 medium
    .25 cup rice vinegar


Boil the potatoes

Chop veggies small

Mix the 2 mustards, mayo, and rice vinegar.

Combine veggies in the mustard mixture and cut the potatoes into bite size pieces and put in with the veggies. Mix and either eat or store in frig.

6 serving sizes about 1 cup (I think)
