    2 3/4 C sliced fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
    1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 Tbsp lemon juice (or orange juice)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 C Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal with Almonds
    1/3 C pecans, chopped


Combine sliced peaches and blueberries in a medium-sized bowl. In a small bowl, combine Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, lemon (orange) juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over peaches and blueberries. Gently stir to coat.

Pour fruit mixture into a 9 x 9 glass baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Meanwhile crush the cereal and combine with pecans in a plastic bag. Sprinkle the cereal mixture over the fruit mixture. Return to the oven an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until peaches are tender when pierced with a fork.

Serving size = 1/2 cup

May be served with reduced fat ice cream or low-fat topping (not included in calorie count). Tastes great hot or cold.
