    8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, non-marinated, drained
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 8-oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    1 C shredded white cheese, such as Kraft Italian blend
    1 C shredded Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, 1/2 C white cheese, 1/2 C Parmesan, and milk in food processor. Blend until fairly smooth. Add spinach and process until thoroughly combined.

Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish prepared with cooking spray.

Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.

Serving size = 2 Tbsp

This dip is excellent in a crock pot for parties. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. Great as a leftover.
