    8 eggs
    1/4 c. ff half and half
    3 TBS light butter
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 avocado


Crack eggs into mixing bowl. Whisk in cream, and seasoning until eggs are light and foamy. Melt butter in skillet until it is foamy. Add eggs. Stirring slowly.
Slice avacodo, and pieces into 4 servings
Serve eggs on plate with avocado on the side.
