    2 Tablespoons organic flax seed oil
    2 Tablespoons hemp seed nuts
    1 Tablespoon umeboshi plum vinegar

    Mix everything together. Add or subtract the above-listed quantities to taste. Sesame seeds are a good alternative to hemp seeds.
