Little miniature pizzas made out of crescent roll dough... Yum! Little miniature pizzas made out of crescent roll dough... Yum!
Number of Servings: 4


    -1 can of reduced fat crescent rolls (any brand)
    -1 can of pizza sauce (any brand)
    -minced garlic
    -1 tomato
    -handful of fresh basil
    -mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 400

On a cookie sheet, separate crescent rolls into pairs, forming 4 rectangles for the crust. Wet your fingers and pinch the two triangles together to form four rectangles.

Bake crescent rolls for 5-10 minutes, until slightly cooked, but not completely.

In the meantime, put pizza sauce in a mixing bowl, add minced garlic and spices to taste. Slice tomato into thin slices.

Bring crusts out of oven, spread sauce over each. Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and fresh basil.

Return to oven, cook until crescent roll dough is golden brown.
