    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    * *Cumin powder or seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 tsp (remove)
    * Ground beef, extra lean, 6.1 oz (remove)
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * *Pace Mild Taco Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Great Value Fancy Shredded Taco Blend Cheese, 1.0 cup (remove)
    0.5 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)


Makes 6 - 1.25 ounce servings not including romaine leaf
season all of the ground beef with garlic powder, diced garlic, diced jalapeno pepper, black pepper, dried onion flakes, and cumin. brown until fully cooked.

drain any excess fat drippings from the cooked meat. stir in the taco sauce until fully incorporated with the meat.

separate and rinse 6 large leaves from a head of romaine lettuce. blot dry and deposit 1.25 ounces of the beef and bean mixture in the center of each leaf. top with 1/6 cup of taco blend shredded cheese and 1 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream.
