Introduction

Turkey burgers with turkey bacon bits and spinach topped with swiss cheese and mushrooms. Turkey burgers with turkey bacon bits and spinach topped with swiss cheese and mushrooms.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey 1 lb.
    Turkey bacon 4 slices
    Spinach 1/2 cup canned
    Garlic 1/2 clove ( I used black garlic)
    Shallots 1
    Ranch dressing packet
    Large egg
    Swiss cheese
    Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats Buns

    Cut up bacon into small pieces.

    Cook bacon in frying pan.

    Dice garlic and shallots.

    Drain and rinse spinach.

    Mix turkey, spinach, garlic, shallots, dressing mix, egg and turkey bacon in a bowl.

    Once mixed, form 10 small (or 5 average) patties and grill.

    Serve on 1/2 deli flat bun topped with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms and dijion mustard, or however you like.
