Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds thick asparagus spears, salt, freshly ground black pepper, 2 T grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven 400. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Break off the tough end peel tough skin with paring knife, place on baking sheet single layer. lightly spray with cooking spray. season lightly with salt and pepper, sprinkle evenly with parmesan. Roast 15 min or until tender
