Ingredients

    1 Pkg MorningStar Farms Sausage Crumbles
    1 Cup chopped onion
    2 Cloves chopped garlic
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    28 Oz Can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
    1 14 Oz Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts (in water)
    1 16 Oz Can Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
    1 2.25 OZ Can Sliced Black Olives

Directions

Spray bottom of dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion, garlic, and sausage crumbles, cook until onion and garlic soften and brown a bit and the crumbles are fully heated through. Add Can of tomatoes, stir and cook about 2 min. Add Garbanzos, Artichokes and Black olives, fold carefully and let simmer about 10 minutes until all ingredients well heated through. Garnish with Feta Cheese!
