    1 egg
    1/2 c frozen spinach
    .25 c skim milk
    1/8 c Kraft Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend
    1/2 tbsp margarine


Scramble egg, milk, and spinach together. Melt margarine in pan. Pour in egg mixture and cook until set. Flip and cook on other side. Sprinkle cheese on other side. Fold over and serve.
