    1 pound cooked extra lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    29 ounce canned tomato sauce
    6 ounce can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp table salt
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup chopped carrots
    12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
    16 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese


Brown ground meat with onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, paste, salt and oregano. Heat through.

Mix cottage cheese, grated parmesan and mozzarella.

Spoon a layer of meat onto bottom of slow cooker. Top with a layer of the spinach, zucchini and carrots. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit into cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
