    1/4 small head red cabbage
    1/4 small head green cabbage
    1 medium Granny Smith Apple
    6 radishes
    1 carrot
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 t. dry mustard
    1/2 t. salt
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 T. poppyseed
    1/2 c. canola oil


Shred cabbage, apple, radish and carrots; mix together. Add remaining ingredients, except oil to blender, blend and then add oil slowly while blender is running. Toss the cabbage mixture with the dressing.
