    12 oz potato ( 350gr) quartered
    4 carrots cut into chunks
    1/2 rutabaga cut into chunks
    1 celery stalked diced
    3 garlic cloves
    1 sweet onion quartered
    2 cups low sodium no fat chicken broth
    1 cup water as needed
    5 peppercorns
    1 tsp each of tarragon and oregano
    2 bay leaf
    1 tsp ancho chile powder or sa needed
    salt to taste
    4 chipotle links


serves 4
heat up the chicken broth and add all the vegetables, spices and cook until almost done , add the sausage and cook for an additional 7-10 min.
the spices and veggies can be exchanged to your own liking.
