    * Meijer Organic Orange Juice, 2 tablespoons
    * Carrots, raw, organic, 1 cup, shredded or cut in thin strips
    * Beets, fresh, organic, 1 cup, shredded or cut in thin strips
    * Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    * *Lemon Juice, 2 tsp
    * Salt, 1/4 tsp


slice up your carrots and beets, mix up the other ingredients, toss together and enjoy!

Best to let this rest an hour or more so the dressing is well infused in the veggies.
