    12 oz tuna in water, drained
    1/2 C thinly sliced red onion
    2 celery stalks
    2 Tbsp coarsely chopped kalmata olives
    2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 large tomatoes, sliced


Mix first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice and next 3 ingredients; toss gently to combine. Serve salad over sliced tomatoes.

1 C tuna plus 2 tomatoes slices = 1 serving
