    Chicken Wing, (2 wings per serving)
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.25 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, .5 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped


*** Please be sure to wash all meats and prepare all food on a clean space to prevent bacteria and viruses***

Wash meat and put into a stock pot and fill with water. Put stove heat on medium and let cook for approximately thirty minutes.

Chop the carrots, onion and garlic to desired size. Peel and chop potatoes. Drain and rinse any excess liquid from the can vegetables to reduce sodium intake or you can use frozen vegetables.

Pour all vegetables into the stock pot and cook until chicken is tender (approximately an hour). Season with Ms Dash, parsley and paprika to your liking.

Place meat and vegetables in the crockpot all at the same time, and cook for 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low and run your quick errands!
