Ingredients

    Zucchini
    Squash
    Onion
    cooking spray
    Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper

Directions

Chop vegetables. Stir fry in skillet with non stick cooking spray until vegetables become slightly browned and "squeak." Add black pepper and a little Worcestershire to taste. I love this in the summer!
